An event not to be missed!!
The Malta International Fireworks Festival
2008 will be held on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th May 2008.
For the first time ever, it is going to be
held at the marvelous island of Gozo, sister island of Malta. Malta is
considered as the island of fireworks. More than 35 fireworks factories
produce their own fireworks for their annual celebrations in honour of their
village patron saint. The Maltese Fireworks
Companies are not commercial but all pyrotechnicians work on voluntary basis
and fireworks is their passion.
It is well known throughout the pyro-world
that certain fireworks which one can enjoy in the island of Malta are unique
and that's why it's a must for every fireworks enthusiast or pyrotechnician
to be in Malta for at least once in a lifetime. |
